Elements

In the painting series Elements, Air, Water, and Fire engage in a powerful dance of forces. There is no clear hierarchy; the elements glimmer and echo with a transcendental glow, uneasy in how they position themselves against the fluid background. It is a powerful physical and spiritual process captured on canvas, at times revealing scarring and interrupted markings.

Despite the brutal forces colliding, a second, more sensitive nature of the painting emerges. From up close, it’s a battle; from a distance, an innocent pastel cloud.

The series is a symbolic birth of a fresh perspective, a new expression of an artist overcoming their shadows and now collecting and assembling the scattered pieces of their soul. "Beginnings are such delicate times"… this is only the beginning.

For a while, photos of my paintings did not leave my atelier. Now, as I grow on my path as a visual artist, I see more and more clearly. As I am now engaged in new projects, the Elements have served their purpose and can now be shared, marking an important milestone in formulating my visual artistic language.

Despite a small online portfolio, my expression has already been noticed by collectors, and “Elements V” is now featured in a Singulart spring collection: https://www.singulart.com/en/collection/spring-trend-watch-pastels-31954
